Growing up in a vegetarian family, protein was always a topic of conversation at our dinner table. I was always looking for clean, daily protein sources that actually felt good to eat.
A few years ago, during an internship in Denmark, I saw how easily people integrated simple plant based foods like fresh tofu and unsweetened plant milks into their daily routines. It wasn't treated as an extreme lifestyle choice or a strict diet, it was just food. Simple, clean, and nutritious.
When I returned to India, I realized how hard it was to find clean, honest, and affordable plant based products here. Everything felt overly processed or promoted with heavy, preachy marketing. So, I started Next Habit. Not to convert everyone to a strict diet, but to offer simple, high-quality, practical alternatives that help you build one better habit at a time.
